Problems concerning the transmission via email form
Should there be difficulties or dysfunctions with the transmission, you might find a fitting answer or even the solution here.

Answer: 
Which data files can I transfer with my request?
The form is based on text. Links to other websites, videos, pictures, music etc. by URL input are accepted. Data of any kind cannot be transferred due to safety reasons, please understand this. You can send me pictures or other data any time by email after having made contact.

How can I copy/paste texts from my computer into the form?
Use the key combination Strg + V. You can do it like this: Copy your text using the right mouse button and said command. Klick the text box with the left mouse button, putting the cursor in the place where you would like to paste your text. Keep the Strg key pressed and use the V key additionally. That's it.


Question 3: 
Answer: 		Can I see after sending my request i fit was delivered?
Yes. After transmission you'll receive a confirmation e-mail including all the data transmitted. As soon as you have this in your mailbox you can be almost 100% sure that I received your message.

I have't received a confirmation e-mail. Why?
Be patient, this might take a few minutes. Please don't forget to check your spam folder too. A wrong sender e-mail address could be another reason. Should you not have received a confirmation e-mail after 24 hours you can be sure that something went wrong.

Apparently my message wasn't transferred. What can I do?
This happens very rarely. A possible reason could be that the e-mail server wasn't in use at the time of sending your message due to maintenance. In this case there's no way around writing and sending your request again. Shit happens ...


Question 6:

After sending I received an error alert.
Possibly you didn't fill in all the mandatory fields. If the form works correctly you will normally be shown after hitting "send" which fields are lacking. Please correct your input. When the provider is down for maintenance malfunctions might also happen. In this case please try again later.

Generally copyright applies to all the content of this website. For non-commercial use feel free to use the images of my collection as displayed here. For public use, please don’t forget to name the source (the web address www.manowar-collection.de will suffice). 

If any content of this website is to be used for commercial purposes (i.e. online shops or sites like ebay), you must legitimize this by obtaining a licence (which is 10,00 € one time). You can purchase the licence here. As a licence owner you're free to use all item images for commercial use.

I purchaseed the licence and use the images for ebay frequently. Must I name the source in my offers?
No. You're not obliged to do this for any trade forum or online shops.


Question 3:

I purchased the licence in 2010. How is it with the images which have been added since?
Your licence applies to all the images added since. There is no limit to amount or time.


Question 4:

I don't need the licence anymore and would like to give it to a friend.
